B-Stock: Item has been returned or may have some minor cosmetic blemish (light scratches, scuffs, etc) to the finish of the item. The item has been fully tested and is working according to specification.

C-Stock: Item (previously used or new) and has a significant cosmetic blemish to it (sizable dent, chips, etc). The item has been fully tested and is working according to specification.
